The grapes are grown on the hills of Fumane and San Pietro in Cariano, in the estate vineyards of Rasso, Monte Tenda and Monte Crosetta. Their soils have a high rock content. Planting density ranges from 3,000 to 5,000 vines per hectare, with Guyot, single-pergola and double-pergola training. The approximate yield is 7 tonnes per hectare.
Grapes
Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
