The vineyards extend across three slopes of the Poggio Teo cru, with southern, eastern and northern exposures. The wine is presented as an expression of the vineyard and its individual cru.

Tasting profile
Ruby-red reflections introduce aromas of lavender and white musk, followed by red cherry, agapanthus flowers and pepper. The palate combines generosity and freshness with pronounced roundness. A savoury, ferrous character evokes the vineyard of origin and is woven through soft tannins.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with pappardelle with hare, tagliatelle with ragù or traditional Tuscan main courses such as mixed boiled meats, Florentine tripe and sliced beef with rosemary.
