Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown exclusively in the northeastern part of Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and kept in crates for a period in a dry room. This drying concentrates their pigments, tannins, flavours and aromas. Fermentation follows traditional methods.

The wine is aged using traditional methods.

The wine is exceptionally rich and velvety, with an intense aroma and concentrated flavours.
