The wine is produced from 1.5 ha of vineyard planted at a density of 4,500 selected-clone vines per hectare.

Ageing
Matured in barriques and oak vats for approximately 13–14 months.
Technical data
The published 2013 vintage has 14% alcohol, total acidity of 5.10 g/L, net volatile acidity of 0.57 g/L and total dry extract of 29.51 g/L. Production amounted to 16,000 bottles in a 750 ml format.
Tasting profile
Brilliant ruby red in colour. The intense, persistent bouquet is marked by fruit accents. The palate is soft, harmonious and richly fragrant.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18°C. Suitable throughout a meal and with a broad range of food styles.
