Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Colli area of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. On the slopes of Capriva del Friuli, warm air from the nearby Adriatic meets cool Alpine air, creating a favourable climate for healthy vine growth. The estate’s vineyards are planted at densities of 4,500–7,000 vines per hectare to promote concentration.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and destemmed. Fermentation and maceration take place over 15 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for approximately 12–15 months, followed by further bottle ageing before release.

The profile is classic and elegant.

Pair with roasted meat, barbecue or pork served with fruit sauce.
