The vineyards lie on the Isonzo River floodplain. Their well-drained alluvial soils consist of layers of sandstone (calcified sand) and gravel, contributing freshness and minerality to the grapes. The fruit is harvested by hand.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in steel tanks for four months, with regular bâtonnage.

Fragrant, fresh and juicy, with mineral character.
