Vineyard and terroir
The Rhine Riesling is grown in the “Saosent” and “Casele” vineyards in Cembra, on clay soils at 600–700 m above sea level.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine matures for an extended period in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
The nose is rich and fruity. The palate is fresh and delicate.
