Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on sites facing the southeastern shore, between Bardolino and Peschiera.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The must remains briefly in contact with the skins to obtain a delicate pink colour, then undergoes traditional fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
