Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards facing the southeastern shore between Bardolino and Peschiera.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 10 days at 26 °C. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is gently pressed to separate it from the skins.
