Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards in Sicily and harvested at optimal ripeness using a combination of methods.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Steel tanks are used throughout production to preserve the wine’s fresh fruit character.
Ageing
The wine is stabilized for 2–3 months.
