About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “Il Moro” vineyard, planted several years before the described harvest.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in October. Fermentation lasts 15 days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless steel tanks.
