About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Sequals, in a part of Friuli surrounded by the Alps. The vines are Guyot-trained on stony soils, with wide temperature shifts.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. Natural fermentation is followed by a second fermentation in stainless-steel tanks lasting at least 3–4 months.
Tasting profile
Refined and very elegant, with a delicate aroma, fruity flavours and a long-lasting mousse.
