About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Italy’s Veneto region, in the Alta Grave Friulana zone. Sunny conditions help the grapes ripen and develop rich fruit flavours, while cool nights preserve acidity.
Grapes
The blend is 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero. Glera contributes lightness, freshness, bright fruit, floral aromas and a clean, transparent structure. Pinot Nero adds complexity and structure.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the optimal time for preserving fresh fruit and floral aromas, then gently pressed. Following the first fermentation, the rosé is filtered and undergoes a second fermentation in tanks using the Charmat method for at least 60 days, developing fine bubbles and complex aromas.
Tasting profile
Light, fresh and elegant, with bright fruit, floral aromas, delicate fruity sweetness and lively, fine bubbles. The structure is clean and transparent, with balanced acidity.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif.
