About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow mainly on clay-limestone soils at 300 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation is spontaneous, with 7 days of skin maceration; 20% of the grapes are fermented as whole bunches.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in steel vats and fibreglass tanks. It is bottled without filtration, fining or added sulfur dioxide.
