About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow mainly in sandy soils in Ripa Teatina, in the province of Chieti.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. At the winery they are pressed directly, and fermentation is spontaneous, without selected yeasts. It is a natural wine.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in fiberglass tanks. It is bottled without filtration, clarification or added sulfur dioxide.
Tasting profile
The character is appealing from the first sip.
