About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown mainly on sandy soils in Ripa Teatina, in the province of Chieti.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and pressed directly. Fermentation is spontaneous, without selected yeasts. The wine is bottled without filtration, fining or added sulfur dioxide.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel and fiberglass vessels for six months.
