The palate is dry, savoury, pure and persuasive in drinkability. Traditional fermentation. Alcohol 13.00-14.00%. Ageing capability 4 years. First production year 1989. Serving temperature 16-18°C. Pairings include pasta with ragù sauce and roasted white meats.
