Released after at least one year from harvest. The wine is intense, clear ruby red with a fine, persistent, elegant and fruity bouquet of fresh fruit and wild berries. The palate is structured, harmonious and velvety, with cherry, plum, berries and a pleasant vinous finish. Traditional fermentation. Alcohol 13.00-14.50%. Ageing capability 8-10 years. First production year 1973. Serving temperature 16-18°C. Pairings include grilled meat, stews and pot roast.
