About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from a 4 ha vineyard close to the sea on the island of Giglio. The vines have an average age of 20 years and grow in stony, sandy soil.
Vinification
The wine remains on the skins for 48 hours, followed by spontaneous fermentation in steel vats without temperature control.
Ageing
Ageing takes place in steel tanks and subsequently in bottle.
Tasting profile
Fresh, vibrant and rich in character.
Serving and pairing
Decant for 15–30 minutes before serving.
