About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are harvested from young vines aged 6–7 years and old vines aged 35 years.
Vinification
Harvest takes place at the end of September. The bunches are carefully transported to the winery, pressed and fermented on the skins for several days.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months with added yeast, followed by two months in bottle.
