About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from the “Albarella” vineyard, whose vines average 35 years of age.

Vinification

The grapes are hand-harvested into 20 kg crates, then destemmed and crushed at the winery. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 34 °C, followed by maceration for at least 350 hours. Malolactic fermentation occurs in barriques.

Ageing

The wine matures for 24 months in new barriques, followed by two months in stainless-steel tanks and a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.

Tasting profile

Elegant.
