Grapes
100% Chardonnay.
Vineyard and terroir
The vines are trained using the Guyot system at a density of 6,000–9,000 vines per hectare. Yields are 50–60 quintals per hectare.
Ageing
The wine matures for three months in stainless steel, followed by at least three months of bottle ageing.
Label / history
Umbria Chardonnay IGT. The first vintage was produced in 2015.
