About this wine
Grapes
The 2004 vintage is an equal blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from the first week of September through the first ten days of October. Fermentation lasts 23–26 days at no more than 30 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by eight months of refinement in bottle.
Tasting profile
The blend has a distinctive character, with strength and elegance.
