Cultivation: spurred cordon, 7,000 vines/ha; yield 50 q/ha.
Aging: 15 months in French oak and at least 12 months in bottle.
Characteristics: blackberry and strawberry jam, vanilla and cinnamon; sweet, warm and intense palate balanced by tannin.
Aging potential: 15 years.
Format: 0.375 L. Serving temperature: 16–18°C.
