About this wine
Vinification
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in barriques.
Ageing
Matured in French oak barrels for 24 months and then in bottle for a further 18 months.
Label / history
The first vintage was released in 2007.
