Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months, with 80% kept in stainless-steel tanks and 20% in French oak barrels. It then rests in bottle for a further six months.

Label / history
Mezzodi means “midday” in Italian. The name evokes a warm, sunny day and reflects a thought by Khan’s favourite poet, Gabriele d’Annunzio: grapes ripen because a ray of sunshine is held within the berries. Annual production is 6,000 bottles.
