About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in Piceno at 180–250 metres above sea level. The first vines were planted in 2002.
Vinification
The harvest date is chosen according to sugar levels, total acidity and pH. After gentle pressing, the must is settled at low temperatures. Fermentation lasts 20 days in 300 hl steel tanks at a controlled 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 5 months in stainless steel tanks. It is bottled in January and rests in bottle for at least a further 30 days.
