Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on clay soils in the Treviso region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by secondary fermentation in autoclaves using the Charmat-Martinotti method.
Serving and pairing
Serve as an aperitif at the start of a meal, or pair with appetizers, seafood pasta, desserts, fruit salads and other delicacies.
