About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in the Treviso region, where the vines grow on clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from mid-September to mid-October and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by a secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Serve as an aperitif at the start of a meal, or pair with appetizers, desserts, fruit salads, seafood pasta, and other delicacies.
