Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards across 19 municipalities in Franciacorta.
Vinification
After alcoholic fermentation, the base wines are blended into the cuvée and undergo secondary fermentation.
Ageing
The base wines mature in oak barrels for 8 months. The finished cuvée then ages on its lees for at least 24 months, followed by a further 2 months after disgorgement.
Tasting profile
Soft and elegant, with a ripe, well-balanced profile and an easy-drinking character.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif.
