About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the Nizza zone, on soils with high clay and limestone content.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of October and vinified in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in tonneaux, followed by six months in Slavonian oak barrels and a further 18 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Elegant and well balanced, with a complex aroma and a rich, velvety palate.
