Bersano

Bersano was founded in Nizza Monferrato in 1907. Arturo Bersano shaped the company around Piedmont’s vineyards, wine culture and rural heritage. The Massimelli family continued his work: first Ugo and now Federica Massimelli with her sisters and son.

The estate manages 230 ha in Langhe and Monferrato through ten farmsteads representing distinct Piedmont denominations.

Native Piedmont varieties are cultivated across 230 ha with work adapted to each farmstead.

The winery produces classic Piedmont wines from estate vineyards, with separate aging programs for Barbera, Nebbiolo, aromatic wines and whites.

Bersano defines itself as a producer and guardian of Piedmont’s wine and rural culture.
