About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented for 15 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels.

Refined in character, with a rich fruit bouquet.
