About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Montornello vineyard. Its loose clay and limestone soils contain ancient fossils and contribute freshness and elegant minerality to the wine.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation and skin maceration last approximately three weeks. Malolactic fermentation takes place during maturation in oak.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for 18 months, followed by four months in bottle before release.

Refined in character, with a rich, fruity bouquet, freshness and elegant minerality.

Pair with meat dishes, barbecue, Italian dishes, prosciutto and mature cheeses.
