About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the 4-hectare Fogliano vineyard, where 35-year-old vines grow on hillsides with limestone and clay soils. The wine is produced only in the best years from carefully selected fruit.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. The finest bunches are selected and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 15 months in cement tanks, followed by 3 months in bottle before release.
