About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on clay soils with underlying marine sandstone locally known as “Crede”. The local climate prevents drought and allows the fruit to ripen in favourable conditions. Bisol’s vineyards extend over 50 ha, mostly in the Cartizze area among the steep hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
Tasting profile
The wine has a rich flavour, an aromatic nose and finely balanced, elegant acidity.
Label / history
The name comes from the local “Crede” soils. Bisol is a family-owned winery whose history dates to 1542. Crede received a silver medal at the 2010 International Wine & Spirit Competition and another at the 2012 Decanter World Wine Awards. Paolo Bisol served as the winery’s chief oenologist.
