Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Sauvignon fruit is grown in vineyards in the province of Belluno, on clay soils.
Vinification
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for several months.
Label / history
The wine belongs to Bolla’s “TTT” range, whose initials stand for “Trust The Taste”. Abele Bolla founded the winery in Veneto in 1883. Its wines won a gold medal at a competition in Bologna in 1909, and its first Amarone vintage was produced in 1950. Brown-Forman acquired a 40% stake in the winery in the late 1960s and began distributing its wines in the United States.
