Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown at 200 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. The must ferments for one week in small stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine spends six months in stainless steel to retain its freshness and fruit, followed by six months in Slavonian, French and American oak barrels, which add complexity.

Fresh and fruity, with soft, smooth tannins and added complexity from oak ageing.
Label / history
“TTT” stands for “Trust The Taste.” Bolla was founded as a small winery by Abele Bolla in Veneto in 1883. Its wines won a gold medal at a competition in Bologna in 1909. Its first Amarone vintage was produced in 1950. In the late 1960s, Brown-Forman acquired a 40% stake and began selling Bolla wines in the United States. In 1989, Gambero Rosso named Bolla the National Enological Institute representing Italian wines around the world.
