Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Tuscany and harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
After sorting, the grapes are gently pressed in a pneumatic press. Brief skin contact is followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. The wine is then filtered and bottled.
