Ageing
The wine ages for three years in small, traditionally shaped wooden barrels. Their compact form allows air to pass evenly through the wood’s fine pores. Extended oak contact softens the wine and enriches its aromas.

Bright and well balanced, with Cabernet Sauvignon’s powerful, full character softened by Merlot, which also brings a distinctive velvety texture.
