About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Piedmont at 200–300 m above sea level on clay-limestone soils.
Grapes
Moscato is blended with a small proportion of Brachetto.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 15 °C for eight days.
Tasting profile
Light and sweet, with a refreshing character.
Serving and pairing
Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or at the end of a meal with cheese or fruit.
