About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 200–300 m above sea level in clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September and then pressed. The juice is clarified and cold-settled before fermenting in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature for eight days. Secondary fermentation takes place under pressure. The wines undergo fermentation accompanied by music.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine ages on its lees for three months.
Tasting profile
Fine, exceptionally persistent bubbles, with harmonious, balanced aromas and flavours.
Label / history
The Bruni brand arrived in Russia in 2022. Its range brings together Prosecco, Asti and Cuvée Dolce.
