About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow around Santo Stefano Belbo in Asti, at 200–300 m above sea level, on clay and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation lasts 10 days in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for three months.

Refreshing.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, seafood, light salads, fruit and cheese.
Vintage notes
The winter of 2022 was especially cold in Piemonte, with little snow. A warm spring brought mountain meltwater that partially replenished groundwater reserves, but temperatures rose in late spring and oppressive heat arrived before summer. Water retained in the soil mitigated the worst effects of the drought. Yields were lower, while the fruit was highly concentrated.
