About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 200–300 m above sea level in clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September and then pressed. The juice is clarified and cold-settled before fermenting in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for eight days. Secondary fermentation takes place under pressure. The wine ferments with music played as an acoustic influence during production.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests on its lees for three months.
Tasting profile
The aroma and flavour are harmonious and balanced, with fine, persistent bubbles.
Label / history
The Bruni brand arrived in Russia in 2022.
