About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines are 25 years old on average and grow on clay-limestone soils in Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with six days of skin maceration.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in 5,000-litre oak barrels.
