About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and gently pressed. The must is separated from the skins, then fermented with yeast in stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation follows the Charmat method at a controlled 14 °C and lasts for up to 40 days, naturally producing the carbon dioxide responsible for the sparkle. The wine is cold-stabilized and filtered before bottling.

The name “Il Vino dei Poeti” is glossed as “the poets’ little cellar” or “the poets’ wine.”
