About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in the Veneto region.
Grapes
The wine uses selected Incrocio Manzoni (Manzoni Moscato) grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September, sorted at the winery and gently pressed. Pre-fermentation skin maceration takes place for 12–18 hours at 8–9 °C. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.
Label / history
The bottle is covered with crystals designed to evoke a starry sky.
