About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Botter’s estate vineyards on the border between Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Grapes
The Corvina component is identified as Corvina Veronese.
Vinification
The grapes undergo approximately 12 hours of skin contact at a controlled temperature, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18 °C to retain freshness and enhance the fruit’s aromatic qualities.
Tasting profile
The aroma is elegant, while the palate is fresh and zesty.
Label / history
The collection’s name refers to its landscape and regional identity: “motte” appears in place names for small hills, while “La di” means “home” in the Friulian dialect.
