About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September at full ripeness. The skins are removed to avoid the development of a rusty-red colour, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
Before bottling, the wine rests in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17–18 °C.
