About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and pressed immediately. The must macerates for one week to develop colour and structure. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation both take place in stainless steel tanks at 25–27 °C.

A bright, juicy, young wine with firm tannins and a rich aroma.
